We also automatically collect limited technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, to help us maintain and improve the platform.

To create and display memorial pages as instructed by the memorial owner
To process payments for offerings, album upgrades, and other paid features
To send notifications — for example, when someone sends a condolence card for a memorial you manage

3. Memorial Content & Privacy Settings

Memorial owners control the visibility of each memorial. Depending on the settings chosen, a memorial may be:

Public — visible to anyone with the link, including search engines
Access-key protected — visible only to those with a shared access link

Information submitted by visitors — such as condolence messages, sender names, and offering details — becomes part of the memorial and may be visible to anyone who can view that memorial, depending on its privacy setting.

Payment processors, to complete transactions securely
Service providers who help us operate the platform (e.g. hosting, email delivery)

Memorial owners may request deletion of their memorial and associated data at any time by contacting us or using the delete option available on the platform.
